Quietness is spoken

Wind is cloaking

The memory blurs

I see the moment where we sit at a bench

Laughing so much, I take a closer glimpse

The way you look at me

The ora of protection

Talking about random things

Just talk about music and life

We just feel so tight

We laugh so much

We finally stopped

Looked at each other

With out a stop

Gazing at our eyes

Leaning forward

Till I feel his breath comes forward

Gasping for air

There’s no way I can

His crisp lips

That’s cold and brisk

I couldn’t take the risk

We went pushed away

As I look right down

Taking his hand

He lifts my chin but what came up was a frown

He asks

“What’s wrong my dear. Please don’t be sad. It hurts to see you like this. Please I love you with every living thing I can”

A smile approaches

He grinned and laughed

Kissed one more with a laugh as a clap

He got up and took my hand

We walked along the path

Just holding hands

Walking our ways

Kicking around

Just for a little play

 

It starts to rain

With a fountain spouting

I take my shoes off and start to splash

Springing water to mark a slash

He comes in running 

Splashing and swooshing

Throwing water

Making currents

He picks me up and swings me around

Thunder approaches as rain hits harder

Taking my hand

We go home where it’s warmer

 

Blazing a fire that’s smoldering its way

Burning the wood that it all decays

Placing a blanket in front of the warmth

We both sit and snuggle of course

 

Opening my eyes

Gasping for air

Sitting back at where I was

The bench that where it all began

Tears begin to roll

I miss you so much

That should have been me

When the car crashed

I don’t want you to go
